Automatic Angle Measurer

It is an automatic angle measurement system developed using laser and camera technology. Thanks to image processing technology, it can perform measurements much faster and more practically than other angle measurement devices on the market. Regardless of whether it is an internal or external angle, the measurement time is only 0.67 seconds, with an accuracy of up to 0.17 degrees. Thanks to its digital display, the angle value is presented directly to the user without the need for calculation, making it 18 times faster than its fastest competitor on the market.
It is often difficult to maintain the desired angle when bending sheet metal in presses. The operator must check the angle after the bending process and repeat the process until the correct angle is found. This device offers an innovative solution that simplifies this process and solves many problems.
The image processing technology used to perform the device's function is patented and has won an honourable mention at the Design Intelligence Award (DIA) competition held in China.
